Who We Are
Insight Facilitation was founded by two educators with more than a decade of combined experience in corporate learning and development. Drawing from our roots in education and our work in sales enablement and leadership development, including our time together at FedEx, we design learning experiences that turn reflection into real-world growth.
We understand the realities of complex organizations: the pressure to perform, the need for clarity, and the challenge of making development efforts actually stick. Our approach blends evidence-based assessments, thoughtful facilitation grounded in real-world application, and practical insight to help people build self-awareness, grow as leaders, and create sustainable change.

The Confidence Curve
The Confidence Curve is a keynote and workshop for professional women in leadership transitions. Built on the premise that confidence does not precede action, it follows it, the four-stage framework moves audiences from awareness to execution. Every participant leaves with one specific strategic move they can act on right away.
