What We Do        

Our Action Model - We use a four step process:

  • Discovery: We assess the current status of the organization.  This involves defining needs and focus, discovering strengths and desired outcomes and identifying how to measure your return on investment.

  • Design:  We create a shared vision and co-design a service delivery plan. This involves agreeing on outcomes, commitments and developing a contract with identified goals and targets.

  • Delivery: We deliver services identified in the design phase. This involves ongoing monitoring and evaluation of our services. Strengths are built upon; obstacles and challenges are identified and overcome.

  • Sustainability:  Our final step is to leave the client committed to continuous learning with increased capacity to manage and adapt to change. Systems and processes are monitored and adapted to support long-term success.  This involves re-assessing the organization’s capacity and commitment to long-term integration of change.

We look beyond superficial symptoms to identify strengths and underlying challenges facing your organization.  After our initial assessment, a contract agreement is designed to meet identified outcomes and deliver a positive financial return on your investment.  Working together, we create a plan and deliver services to achieve the Healthy Organization outcomes identified. Services we provide include: leadership development, coaching, conflict resolution, team building, group facilitation, assessment tools, strategic planning, professional development and training.
